Eating / Dining

There is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hobs, microwave, fridge freezer and toastie making machine! This adjoins a large utility room with washing and drying facilities. The utility room is ideal for taking off sandy gear, washing and drying dogs and wetsuits and even filleting fish! The breakfast room enjoys the morning sun and has a large pine washed table which seats up to 12.

Living

The living room has comfy sofas with a TV and DVD player. There is a play space for children with a dresser full of puzzles and games and a trunk full of toys for the younger ones. The sun room leads from the living room towards the garden; it catches the sun from midday onwards and there is a table for 4 plus relaxed seating; a great place for sundowners whilst the children play in the garden!

Downstairs Sleeping and Bathing

There is one bedroom in the house downstairs with wooden bunk bed and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a heated tile floor, shower, WC and wash basin. The additional ‘garden’ room accommodation is situated behind the garage only a few metres from the sun room with two single beds (which can be zipped together), WC and wash basin. The garden room is ideal for extra guests, grandparents or teenagers but it is not suitable for younger children as it is not attached to the house.

Upstairs Sleeping and Bathing

There are two large and very comfortable double bedrooms, one faces Snowdonia and the other benefits from a sea view! They both have ample storage and a large open plan landing sits between them. The bathroom has a large bath, WC and wash basin. All the bedrooms have either blackout blinds or curtains with black out linings, especially useful for those little early risers!

Outside

The morning sun makes the front garden an appealing sun spot and a great place to read the papers whilst having a coffee! There is ample parking for two cars off the road. The rear walled garden is spacious enough for play, relaxation and dining! It is completely enclosed so ideal for younger children. There is patio furniture and a gas barbeque. Whilst it can be sometimes chilly on the beach (it is Anglesey!) this garden is sheltered and private and faces directly south.
